Complete LFT Pultrusion Lines

We plan, build and install LFT pultrusion lines with high-quality components from our own production and proven partners for the production of LFT granulates.

Modernization

We build and supply individual LFT-components and refurbish existing LFT pultrusion lines, independantly of their manufacturer

Process Control

An essential part of our LFT pultrusion lines is the Process Control Unit. With a central operating panel it controls the complete line and communicates with components having their own control system (e.g. extruder).

Technology Consulting

We carry out individual consulting on modernizing and optimizing existing LFT pultrusion lines. The focus is usually on increasing throughput, improving quality, and introducing new products.

Project Management

Our professional project management ensures that the plan is effectively and efficiently turned into reality.

Separating waste from product

Best impregnation requires paying particular attention to the spreading and pre-heating of the fibers.

Various methods and techniques are used to assess the quality of impregnation.

Evaluating fiber distribution within a test specimen. Even if the fiber distribution is uniform in the end product, you have already done a lot right.

Good impregnation leads to even fiber distribution across the granulate cross-section.

8 strands, for universal use, designed for high temperature processing and a line speed up to 50 m/min

Based on glass fibers with 2400 Tex the following throughput is reachable, if the raw material allows it:

These are basic types. Finally, each system is individually customized to your requirements.

Beside the impregnation die, the line control system is the heart of our LFT pultrusion lines. Equipped with a central operating panel this Process Control Unit controls the complete LFT pultrusion line and communicates with components having their own control system (e.g. extruder).

The user interface on 22″ touch panel has proven itself with many customers. It can be installed in a housing whichever you prefer.

All important process parameters are displayed to the operating team. Warnings and alarms show the operating team the need for action.

Texts in local language, if requested

The corresponding PLC software (Siemens) and HMI software (Siemens) is written by us and, if necessary, adapted to your individual requirements.

We add communication interfaces for production (e.g. scanner) and for production planning (OPC-UA) on your request.

Our control is equipped with remote access, so that online support can be provided at any time.

Our consulting services are designed to ensure your success. We are asked because we know how and why it works.

Our consulting services are specifically aimed at companies that operate LFT- systems and are looking for expert support in technical matters. It does not matter who originally built or supplied your system.

Do one or more of the following questions sound familiar to you?

You are to produce a new LFT granulate. Initial tests on your plant show that it is not really working well. Who can we ask for advice?

You should get spare parts, but the LFT-line is either homemade in the distant past or the manufacturer no longer exists. Who can manufacture the parts needed?

The impregnation die is getting on in years. Meanwhile, the melt is leaking out in several places. Who can assess the situation on site and manufacture the necessary parts for us?
